Connect your social, owned, and paid media networks to Bunker DB Analytics to have all your results in one place.

Optimize your online presence easily and efficiently! Connect your social networks, owned content and paid media to Bunker DB, centralize all your data and results in one place, simplifying your analysis and empowering your decisions.

To connect to a network —Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.— you need to do so with the access (username and password) of an Admin user of that account. Follow these steps to connect with Bunker DB.

Connect a network

  1. From your Analytics module, click on the “Edit Brand” menu.

  2. Once there, go to the "Networks" tab.

  3. Click “Connect”, “Continue with Facebook” or “Continue with Google”, depending on the network you're connecting.

    ⚠️ The user of the network with which the connection is made must have the administrator role for the process to be carried out correctly. All permissions must be enabled for Bunker DB analytics to download the data.

  4. Select, from the drop-down menu, the brand you are going to connect.

  5. Click on “Save Network” to finish the procedure.

The download will depend on the volume of data generated in the two years prior to the connection date. If the data has not been downloaded in less than 24 hours, contact [email protected] or through the platform's chat.

Disconnect a network

  1. From your Analytics module, click on the “Edit brand” menu.

  2. Once there, go to the "Networks" tab.

  3. Choose the network you want to disconnect and click “Disconnect”.

  4. Confirm the action:

    ⚠️ Only the Superuser role has permission to perform this procedure. This procedure removes the Bunker DB analytics connection and all data will be removed from the platform.

    This procedure cannot be reversed.
