Why are there more unique users than interactions on Facebook?

On Bunker DB we consider 'interactions' as the sum of comments, shares, likes, reactions, clicks on links, and other clicks. Other data, such as photo and video views, aren't taken into account. For this reason, it is possible that the number of engaged users is lower than the total number of interactions.
