Bunker DB automatically assigns the sentiment of the public comments that your brand's posts receive. However, not all comments can be automatically sorted, so you may have to do it manually. To improve the classification and classify those comments to which Bunker DB has not been able to assign a Sentiment value, follow these steps:
- Apply filters to find the comments you are looking for.
- We recommend applying the publication filter as the initial to determine the comments contained in each post.
- View sentiment selectors in the upper right corner of each comment box.
- Click on one of the three sentiment selectors to modify its value.
