Within the "Social Media," "Paid Media," and "Owned Media" tabs both in the dashboard and in campaigns, you can view the information from the various networks or platforms that you have connected to in Bunker DB Analytics.

To make your experience with Bunker DB Analytics simple and friendly, you will see that all networks maintain the same structure and operation at a general level.

Head of each network

When you enter each of the tabs, you will see a summary of each connected network; this summary is called "header."

The "header" shows a set of default metrics, which you can customize according to your needs. For more information on this topic, enter this article.

Apart from the head metrics, you will find:

  • The ability to navigate between metrics by clicking on the navigation lines:

  • The possibility of comparing the metrics of the period you are viewing with the previous period and its percentage of variation.

  • The possibility of expanding the data of a metric by clicking on the button that we show you below

If you want to see more information about any of your networks, you must click on the "Show details" button, and Bunker DB Analytics will display all the information related to that network.

Social media posts

If you have displayed "More information" in any of your networks within the Social Media tab, when you scroll down, you will see a section called "Publications of the month."

From here, you can view all the publications that have been made in the selected period and filter them by choosing the following options:

Type: you will find available the options presented by each network, where the most common are images, videos, and links.
Metric: you will find the most popular and available metrics for each network to order your publications from highest to lowest, for example, those with the most increased total reach.

Campaigns and publications on paid media

If you have displayed "More information" in any of your networks within the Paid Media tab, you will see that the information is divided into tables with the information corresponding to the campaigns running in the selected period of time.

Each of the paid media tables contains a set of default metrics that you can modify according to your goals.

Go to the article "configuration of paid media tables," where you will find the step by step to customize them to suit your needs.

Content groups

In both Social media and Paid media, you can group your content (posts and ads) to highlight or report those that require a particular distinction, such as: "the best videos," "the most viewed," among others.

To use this function, you have to follow the steps that we show you in the article "create content groups," you will see that it is straightforward and fast.

Things you should know about Google Analytics.

From the connection of Google Analytics with Bunker DB Analytics, you will be able to track the information of your websites, landing page, e-commerce, and more.

Although the header works the same as in the other networks when displaying more information in said network, it is divided into two sections:

Analytics: general information about user navigation on your page, browsers, sources of income, objectives met, among others.
E-commerce: information about the performance of your e-commerce, in case you have this option, enabled from Google Analytics.

Simultaneously, you can create customized tables with the information you want to extract from our platform's Google Analytics and report. To create them, you can go to the following article: "Create custom tables in Google Analytics."

Notes and images

In any sector of each of your connected networks, you can add notes and images to include additional information or insights that you want to share in your reports and thus have a complete analysis of your brand's performance.

If you want to understand how to create them, enter this article: "create notes and images."

You can share all the information you see in each of your connected networks' dashboard and campaigns through reports with just one click.

The Bunker DB Analytics reports are 100% interactive, and you can share them automatically or manually by generating a link or a PDF.

For more information about the reports functionality, go to the "Reports, KPIs and alerts" category.
