  1. From the dashboard, go to "Edit brand."

  2. Once there, click on "Networks."



  3. Click on the logo on the briefcase that identifies Facebook Business.

    If you were already logged in with a Facebook account, the authorization page would detect your active session. If [Username] of the detected session is not the administrator permission, click on the link "Login with another account" to use the correct Username and password.


    Very important: The network user with which the connection is made must have the administrator role for the process to be carried out correctly.



  4. Click "Continue as [User]".
  5. Then you will have to grant access to Bunker DB for the Instagram account (s) as follows:



  6. Click on each checkbox to mark each brand.



  7. Click "Next" to continue.
  8. Verify that all permissions are enabled.



  9. Then click "Done" to continue.
  10. Click "OK" to finish and return to Bunker DB Analytics.
  11. Once back in Bunker DB Analytics, select the ad account you will connect from the drop-down menu. If you wish, you can add other connections.



  12. Do not forget to mark the checkbox indicated in the window to make the data visible from the dashboard.



  13. Click on "Save network" to finish the procedure.

    You should see the connection made as follows:




    By default, Bunker, DB Analytics will show all the networks enabled for this network: Facebook Business - total data -, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Audience Network, and Messenger. If you do not want to view all of them from the dashboard or campaigns, you should disable them from the switch in the lower right corner under each tab.

At this time, the download of the data on the platform will begin. If the data was not downloaded in less than 24 hours, contact support@bunkerdb.com or through the platform chat.

If you want to use more than one Facebook account, click on the "+" icon. Up to a maximum of five ad accounts can be connected per brand.
