If you purchased additional users for your account but no longer need them, you can remove them to avoid extra charges on your bills.
To do so, follow these steps:
Go to "Administration" and select the "My Plan" tab.
In the "My plan" section, click on the menu ⠇
Select "Return Users".
👉🏽 Of the additional users that you have purchased, you can only remove those spaces that are not occupied. That is, if you created users for these spaces, you must delete them before returning the spaces you purchased.
Click "Return".
👉🏽 You will no longer see the cost associated with additional users on your next bills.
👉🏽 You will not receive a refund for the users you return.
