Add historical information to your networks, dashboards, and reports. Incorporate it directly into the exact period where you need to analyze the data to gain a more accurate view of the performance and evolution of your metrics.

‣ If you are uploading a new dataset to your account, you can select the "Assign periods to the sheets in the file" option during setup.

‣ If you are working with an existing dataset, you can go to the editing settings to enable this option.

  1. In step three, "File settings", enable the option "Assign periods to the sheets in the file".

  2. Click on the calendar icon on your dataset's tabs and select the period in which you want to visualize them.

  3. Click "Save" to keep your changes.

To automatically set visibility periods for your dataset’s spreadsheets, make sure the sheets in the original document follow the naming convention in the table below.

🚨To visualize your datset sheets assign them a period conteined within the overall dataset period. For example: if your dataset is set for the period from 01/01/2022 to 01/01/2023, sheets 1 and/or 2 must be set within that date range.

✅The brand or campaign that you chose when deploying the dataset configuration will be preselected by default.
