Create and manage content groups to analyse the performance of your posts on custom networks configured from datasets.
Automatically identify the best —and worst— performing posts using a set of rules that allow Bunker to group them automatically.
Create content groups in your custom networks
Go to a custom network and ensure that all columns in the file have a data type set assigned.
You can only create rules for columns that have a data type assigned during dataset configuration.
Click on the «Add content group» icon in the header of your dataset.
Set a name, a validity period and, if you want this dynamic group to be included in your report, activate the «Show in report» option.
Set the rules for the contents to be automatically added to the group.
‣ Specify the maximum number of contents to include.
‣ Choose the metric that determines their order (ascending or descending).
‣ Configure the conditions:
Use «OR» conditionals to include content that meets at least one of the rules.
Use «AND» conditionals to include content that satisfies all the rules.
In the image example, content must be both returnable and above USD 600 to be part of the dynamic group.
Select the metrics to be displayed as columns within the content group and click «Save» to apply the changes.
Once the content group is created it will look like this on your dashboard:
Customise how the group's content is displayed with the "Columns" menu. This set of metrics can be shared with other users or set as default for the brand, whichever you prefer.
Include groups in your reports
When generating a report, make sure to activate the «Groups» option within the custom network you wish to include in your report to display the content groups directly in the reports.
