This feature has two settings:

  • Standard content groups This function allows you to manually select the publications included in the subperiod you have selected.

  • Custom content groups This feature allows you to set rules for Bunker DB analytics to group content automatically.

Create a new customized content group

  1. Go to the social or paid media module.

  2. Go to the network custom header for which you want to add the group.

  3. Display the details by clicking on "Show details."

  4. Scroll down to locate the "Customized publication groups" section.

  5. Click on "Add new group."

  6. Select between the two settings types.

  7. Click on "Next."

Standard content group option

  1. Choose a name for the group.

  2. Click on each content you want to add to the group. As you select them, you will see them grouped in the list on the right.

You will see a menu to select the content's ordering criteria for groups in social media networks by selecting the metric type.

  3. When you finish selecting, you must click on "Save," and you will have your standard group configured.

The standard content group will be visible within the selected sub-period.

Custom content group option

  1. Repeat steps 1 to 6 of the "Standard content group" option.

  2. Choose a name for the group.

  3. Select the validity period.

  4. Click on "Add new OR rule."

The group will be visible only if one of the selected days is included within the selected subperiod in the dashboard or campaign.

    From the menu select:

    • Metric type.

    • Condition operator.

    • Rule value.

  5. Click "Apply."

You can continue adding more conditions with the logical "or" operator by clicking on "Add new rule" or add an "and" operator by clicking the add symbol.

If you need to edit any of the rules' parameters, click on each rule to display the configuration menu.

  6. Choose Bunker DB analytics criteria to cut within the total number of publications resulting from the rules applied.

  7. Click "Save" to finish the group setup.

As the groups are created, they will appear as a drop-down list as follows:

  • If you need to add more groups click on "ADD NEW GROUP" or click in the addition icon over the upper right corner.

  • To edit, eliminate or add images and notes in any of the groups you have to click on the context menu to see the options.

For paid media, where ads are displayed in custom columns, the resulting posts will be sorted by default based on the first metric in the order that has been established in the column settings. If you want to show the table ordered based on another metric, you have to click on it.
