Set-up KPI & alerts

Define your objectives and configure alerts on the metrics of your channels to stay updated on the status and progress of each one.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are like the best friends of your goals. KPIs not only help you improve your strategy and how you do things, but they are also like a map to guide you in great decision making. Remember what Peter Drucker said: "What gets measured, gets managed." So let's measure up and achieve great things together! 🚀

Create a KPI

  1. Go to your Analytics dashboard or a campaign.

  2. Click "Add KPI" on the right upper corner.

  3. On the pop-up window select the network where you want to add the KPI.


  4. Select the date, and the metric you want to monitor. Include an operator and the target you have established.


  5. To finish, click "Save".

Schedule e-mail alerts

Schedule an e-mail alert to be notified when there are variations on achievement or projection of your KPI.

  1. Create a KPI or edit an existing one.

  2. Click "Create alert."

  3. Select the type of alert: compliance or projection.

  4. Enter the email address to which you want to send the notification.

  5. Save or update the KPI.
