Generally, these types of tools are installed as a plugin in the browser. Disable the pop-up blocker or ads-blocker to allow the correct display of all content.
In Google Chrome:
Disable an extension
- Open Chrome. 
- Select More > More tools > Extensions. 
- Turn off the extension you want to disable. 
Uninstall an extension
- Open Chrome. 
- Select More > More tools > Extensions. 
- Next to the extension you want to remove, select Remove. 
- To confirm, select Remove. 
Tip: To remove an extension that's a button on the browser toolbar, right-click the button and select Remove from Chrome.
In Mozilla Firefox:
How to disable plugins
Disabling a plugin will turn it off without removing it:
- Click the menu button, click Add-ons, and select Plugins. 
- Select the plugin you wish to disable. 
- Select Never Activate through the ellipsis icon (3-dot). 
To re-enable the plugin, find it in the Plugins list and select Always Activate through the ellipsis icon (3-dot).
