Dynamic ads generate combinations of creatives and copies for the Meta Business Suite platform. Each combination produces what Facebook calls a "creative post." These creative posts will bring along the ad comments to Bunker DB.
To view the comments in the Sentiment module, it is necessary to select the creatives in the edit menu of your campaign.
Go to the edit menu of your campaign.
Select the Facebook Business network and enter into the "Dynamic content" tab.
Use the search bar to find your creative posts asociated to your campaing ads more easily.
You can filter by posts or by user comments
"By comments" option will allow you to see users' responses to each specific advertisement.
Once you have filtered the content, you can select all the advertisements that match your search or choose the ones you want manually.
When you have finished your selection, go to the Sentiment module of your Bunker campaign.
🚨Keep in mind that you won't be able to select ads that fall outside the campaign period you have set.
