Reply to public comments

Bunker DB's allows you to see and reply to public comments that users made on your posts and ads.

Wouldn't it be great if you could reply to messages you receive on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter from just one screen? Bunker DB has the solution for you: in addition to seeing the comments and responses, you can respond as the profile you have connected.

Reply comments

Respond to any public comments you have received on your Facebook, Instagram or Twitter posts or ads without leaving Bunker DB. To do so, follow these three steps:

  1. Go to Sentiment and select “Comments”.

  2. Click "Reply" under the comment you to which you want to reply.

  3. Type your comment in the text field, or use one of the quick replies and hit enter to send.

The user who made the connection must be an Admin of the account so that public comments as well as private messages can be seen.

View replies

Stay on top of the conversations by monitoring, in addition to the comments users leave on your posts, the public responses they've received, directly from Bunker DB. To do so, follow these three easy steps:

  1. Go to Sentiment and select “Comments”.

  2. Identify comments that have received replies.





  3. Click the 💬 below the user's original comment.

Replies to user comments do not impact the calculation of your brand sentiment or the rest of the values in the statistics section.
