Answer private messages received on your Facebook inbox directly on Bunker DB.

Reply, categorize, group and label the private messages you receive in your Facebook inbox from Bunker DB. In this way, you will be able to easily identify the topics of interest of your audience, as well as the global sentiment and by conversations.

Replying to your messages

  1. Click on the “Inbox” option on the left menu.

  2. Select the user to whom you want to reply, from the list on the left.

  3. Go to the section on the right where you will see a field to write your reply.


    🖇️ You can also: send an attached file, personalize your responses with emojis or, use quick resplies, predefined or customized.





  4. Press "Enter" to send the message.

📝 Order the list of users who have been contacted by:

  • First message date

  • Date of last message

  • Alphabetically.

  • Quantity of unanswered messages

  • Quantity of messages without conversation

⚙️ Además podrás aplicar filtros avanzados en tu Inbox, para buscar por:

  • Username

  • Unanswered messages

  • Messages without conversation (total, positive, neutral, negative or unclassified)

  • Messages within a date range


⚠️

  • You will have seven days to respond to a message after a client communicates with your brand.

  • Your "Private Messages" inbox is independent of the period selected on your Bunker DB account. This means that all the people that have contacted your brand by private message will be listed.

  • You can sort by message quantity, first or last message date, and alphabetically. By default, you will see them sorted according to the last message received

  • Unlike messages received in the inbox section, the messages on the Sentiment tab are limited within the selected period.
