Custom quick replies

Create your customized quick replies and optimize your response times to both public comments and private messages.

Have you ever noticed users asking recurring questions or comments on your posts or ads? A great way to improve response is to set up custom quick responses in your Bunker DB Analytics account. This feature can help you save response writing time and improve the quality of communication by setting standards for all your conversations.

⚠️ Custom quick responses are available for Advanced, Power and Full plans. Essentials and Starter plans have access to Bunker DB's default quick replies.

To set up your custom quick replies, follow these steps:

Public comments

  1. Go to Sentiment and click “View Feedback”.

  2. Click “Reply” on the comment you want to reply to.

    Continue in step 3 of private messages 👇🏽

Private messages

  1. Go to Inbox and select "Private Messages".

  2. Select the message you want to reply to.

  3. Select “Quick Replies”.



  4. Select “Custom replies”.





    If you've previously created quick replies, you'll see them listed here, otherwise you'll see an empty list so you can start creating them.


  5. To create a reply click ➕

  6. Write a title that summarizes your answer and the message you want to include.

    You can include emojis 😉



  7. To confirm, click "Save".

    You'll see your custom quick reply on the list, and you're ready to use it!


The number of customized quick replies you can create depends on your Bunker DB Analytics plan. If you'd like to make an upgrade, contact your CSM.
