Bunker's Dashboards module allows you to create custom dashboards with headers from your connected networks, tables of contents, dynamic charts and Ada queries all in one place. In this section you can add widgets with your data from the social, paid and owned media modules in a unified way and organise them at your convenience.
Click on «+ New Dashboard» to create a new dashboard and add the widgets you need.
Custom Header: Monitor metrics from Paid Media, Social Media, and Owned Media by linking existing headers or creating new ones.
To create a new header, click «+ Create new custom header».
You can also rename an existing header if needed. In the ‘More options’ menu, you can add a short description, choose to display all expanded metrics, or show the reference account.
Network Content Tables: Monitor content metrics in dynamic tables.
If the table is for Social Media, it will include all posts from the selected period.
If the table is for Paid Media, you can add campaigns, ad groups, and ads from that period. This table can include a title and description, display the referral ad accounts, and allow you to rename the campaign, ad group, and ad sections if desired.
Filters and metric sets
Both social and paid media content that you incorporate into your widgets can be filtered to sort and profile your tables.
Default search: allows you to enter a taxonomy criteria to display only content that matches your search.
Metrics: You can select a set of custom metrics that apply only to that widget, so that each table reflects the information according to your needs. You can also sort the metrics in ascending or descending order.
You can also define the number of records to display, either showing all available records or setting a specific number.
Dynamic Chart: View any existing dynamic chart or create a new one.
Charts can be modified using the three-dot menu in the top corner.
Sentiment: Visualize the impact of your brand on organic and paid social media by incorporating sentiment widgets into your dashboard.
Sentiment metrics: Incorporate data from your brand header or your campaigns in Bunker, filtering it by network or by comments that have—or do not have—a specific tag.
Positive brand sentiment: Visualize your brand's perception in percentages with this widget. Filter by network or measure based on comments tagged with a specific tag.
Comments evolution: You will see a graphical representation of positive, negative, and neutral comments about your brand, filtered by network and in different time frames, with the option to display them by publication date or comment date.
Comments by network: Analyze the distribution of comments about your brand with a pie chart, filtering by network, publication date, or comment date, and selecting all or only those with a specific tag.
Wordcloud by tagged comments: View the main tags associated with comments about your brand with this widget. When you hover over a tag, you will see how many comments were tagged with it.
Comments list: Get the complete list of comments about your brand by filtering them by network, sentiment type (positive, negative, neutral, or unclassified), keyword, or associated tags.
Sentiment by Tags: Analyze the distribution of sentiment in your comments, filtering by network and tag. View positive, negative, and neutral comments associated with a specific tag. The pie chart will show you the percentage of each type of comment in relation to the total number of positive, negative, or neutral comments.
Ada AI Element: Add elements or insights generated with Ada.
ℹ️ Important: The information in this query is static and will not update when the calendar period in Bunker changes.
Once your dashboard is created, you can adjust the size and position of each section within it.
Use «Show map» to arrange the widgets on the dashboard as you prefer.
Sections
Create sections in your dashboard to present your information in order and in different tabs.
To manage your sections, click on the icon located to the left of the “Add Widget” button.
This will open a menu that allows you to choose the orientation of your sections, add new ones, delete existing ones, or customize them with their own name and icon.
Import and clone dashboards
From the main dashboards menu, you can import panels (from another of your brands) or clone a dashboard from the same brand.
When importing a dashboard, its structure will be preserved, but not its contents, as these are related to information from another brand. However, when cloning a dashboard, you will obtain both the same format and the information from the original dashboard.
Present or share your dashboard
You can display your dashboard in full screen mode by clicking on the right arrow icon located in the upper corner of the screen.
To share your dashboard, click on the link icon ⛓️. This will generate a URL that may be:
Public: accessible to anyone with the link.
Private: accessible only through a code generated by the platform.
You can regenerate the code as many times as you need or make the dashboard public again by turning off the visibility switch.
🔐 Your dashboard can be set to public or private. If it's public, other users will be able to modify it. If it's private, they will have read-only access.
