The multibrand view gives you a better understanding of what is happening with each brand you're monitoring. Find the results that you consider most important along with the indicator and brand sentiment values in the networks that have comments generated.

✨Sentiment results correspond to the total of the brand.

Configure multiple connections

If you have more than one account connected to the same network, for example Facebook Ads, you must select the account you want to view. Follow these steps:

  1. Select the “Multi-brand” option from the brand menu at the top left.

  2. Select the network you want to analyze.

By clicking on each of the networks, you will see all the brands and connections with data.

Only one network can be chosen at a time.

  3. Click the "Set up other connections..." button.

  4. Select from the list of connected accounts, the ones you want to view.

  5. Click “Apply” to save the changes.

The header with data looks like this:

Use filters to better visualize your information

🔎 Search by brand, connections or keywords.

Find your brands or connections using keywords.

🔎 Search and order by ascending or descending results.

Organize information by brand name, likes, reach, total engagement, and more.

🔎 Filter by comment or post in Sentiment

  • By Post Date: Shows all comments on posts within the period no matter what date they were made.

  • By publication date + comment: Shows the comments of the publications, within the period.

  • By comment date: Shows all the comments of the chosen period, regardless of the date of publication.

About multi-brand metrics

  • Visualize the metrics you want; by default, the ones you have configured in the custom headers of each network are shown.

You will see, in the lower left corner of your screen, the CSV document in process and, once it reaches 100%, you can click on the green link to download it.

When the number of metrics exceeds the space available in the header, they will be spread out into pages. Click on the different views to see the chosen metrics.

Under the brand image you have two shortcuts to the “Dashboard” and the brand edition.

Hide brands from the multibrand panel

You can hide those brands that you are not interested in seeing in the multi-brand panel, for example, to display only your favorite brands on this screen. Follow these steps to do it:

  1. Go to the edition of the brand that you do not want to show in the multibrand panel.

  2. Disable the "Show on multi-brand dashboard" checkbox.

  3. Click "Save Changes" to finish.
