How about monitoring your competition's activity? Know the number of followers, posts, interactions, and much more!

The competition analysis module allows you to monitor the performance of up to three competing brands on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

For Facebook, you can see the following metrics:

  • Fans (total at the day or the end of the month in case of the closed month)

  • New fans (earned in the period)

  • Rating

  • Talking about

  • Posts

  • Publish frequency

  • Amount of:

    • Comments

    • Shares

    • Likes

    • Reactions

    • Interactions (likes, shares, reactions, comments, etc.)

Besides, you will be able to observe the following types of graphs:

  • Market share

  • Followers evolution

  • Weekly posts per type

  • Weekly engagement

  • Top 5 posts

  • Top 10 hashtags

For Instagram, you can see the following metrics:

  • Followers (total at the day or the end of the month in case of the closed month)

  • New followers (earned in the period)

  • Publish frequency

  • Number of:

    • Posts

    • Comments

    • Likes

    • Interactions (likes, shares, comments, etc.)

Besides, you will be able to observe the following types of graphs:

  • Market share

  • Top 5 tweets

  • Top 10 hashtags


Step by step – competition module setup

  1. From the Analytics module, click on the "Competition" tab.

  2. Click "Add Competition" to add up to three competing brands per network by entering the brand's account name.

Within the Competing Networks tab you can edit the settings of each network by clicking on the gear icon in the header ⚙️

  1. Select Competitors

    1. Add, remove or move competitors place within the header

    2. Use the search bar to find competition within the network

  2. Add metrics to compare your brand your competitors. Once you have decided the set of metrics (and if you want to show them or not in your reports), click "Save"



🚨 Competing networks do not allow retroactive data downloading. The data will begin to download from the connection date. We suggest setting up competitors immediately after making your connection to that same network.



The competition module tab is only visible within the monthly period.
