How do I report an issue?

If you are having difficulties using Bunker, have any questions, comments or suggestions, the support team is here for you!

You have three communication channels available to communicate with the support team: online chat, WhatsApp and email.

Connect with live chat

  1. Click on the icon located in the lower right corner on any Bunker screen.



  2. You can select one of the default options, which will help you move forward on your own, or write us a message.


    If none of our support agents are active, you can leave us a message so we can see it when we get back.


Communicate via WhatsApp

At any time during a conversation with support, you can ask us to switch to WhatsApp.

  • If you have the WhatsApp desktop app installed, you will be automatically redirected. Otherwise, you can download it or use the web version.

  • You can communicate with our support team through this channel whenever you want.

Email us!

  1. In your email provider start a new message.

  2. In recipients include [email protected].

  3. Complete the data of the incident as detailed as possible:

    ✅What is the error you found.

    ✅ What steps did you follow until you found it.

    ✅ A screenshot where we can see the problem.
