In order for us to show comments and private messages, the Instagram account must be linked to the brand's fanpage. To view this setting, follow these steps:
From your Facebook account, click on your profile photo in the upper right corner.
Click "View all profiles" and then select the page you want to link to
Click on the profile photo of your Facebook page.
Select "Settings & Privacy" and then "Settings."
In the right menu, click "Linked Accounts."
Click on Instagram and then "Connect account."
Follow the steps to connect your Instagram account.
Once the linking is complete, you should see it like this:
Done! Your account is linked correctly.
