Bunker DB Analytics connects to your social, paid and owned media networks to fetch data from your entire ecosystem into one place. To do this, you need to authorise Bunker DB Analytics to access your account information.
Why can't I connect my account to Bunker DB?
For security reasons, only users with Admin permissions can authorise an account to be linked to Bunker DB Analytics. If you do not have sufficient permissions to connect, you may encounter an error message, the account you want to connect is greyed out, cannot be selected, or is not in the list.
Check your permissions ✅
For pages (fanpages) Meta currently has two versions:
To validate your user's permissions, if you are still using the classic page view, follow these steps:
From the start, click on “Pages” in the right menu.
Select the page.
Go to “Settings”.
Click on “Page Roles”.
You will see a list with the names of those who have access to the page and what their role is. For linking with Bunker DB to work correctly, you must be Admin.
Click on the user menu (profile photo) located at the top right.
Click on See all profiles and select the page
Click on the page name in the left menu
Click Manage under the cover and select Page access.
Click on the person's name to see their role.
You must have full control over the fanpage for linking with Bunker DB to work correctly.
Additionally, for Meta it is necessary to verify the permissions that the app has (Bunker DB). If the account is already linked, we can validate the permissions:
From brand edition > Refresh.
In the Facebook authentication window, select Edit settings.
Validate that all pages are selected and all permissions are on.
Accept and verify that the refresh has been successful.
Brand advertising account.

Within the Manage section, select Page settings.
In the left menu, select Page roles.
Within the Existing page roles section, see the Admin section.
Click on "Admin".
Select "Access management", in the Account or Property columns.
You will see a list of users with their corresponding access level.
Select "User management and notification settings" and then "User management" from the top right corner.
Find and select the user to open their settings.
On the user's page you will see which accesses they have been assigned.
