The Report Builder is a valuable tool that provides you with the ability to quickly and easily download the information you are viewing in Bunker DB. With this feature, you can generate comma-separated value (*csv.) tables containing all relevant data from your accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads, and posts. Make the most of this functionality to back up your data externally.
Configuration:
To begin, go to the "Report Builder" module and click on the "New Report" button located in the top right corner to create a new template.
Archive configuration
Choose a name for your template in the "Report Generator" field.
Choose a name for the file that will be created upon export in the «Archive name» field.
Set the frequency of your report: weekly, monthly, quarterly, biannual, or annual.
Specify the dates from which the data will be obtained using the calendar in the "Range" field.
Report Configuration
Set the currency in which the investment data will be exported.
Select the networks you want to report on in the "Account" section. You can add more networks by clicking the "+ Add Account" button and remove them by clicking the trash can icon located to the right of each row.
Within the «Level» menu, you can define the granularity of your report. You can choose to view data at the account, campaign, ad group, ads, or post level.
By enabling the options: "All accounts", "All levels", and "All metrics", a complete selection of content will be made for each section.
Click on "Save and Export Report" to save the changes on your template and export your data. If you only want to save the template, select the "Save Report" option.
Once you have exported your report, you will receive your data in a set of spreadsheets in *csv format with all the required information.
