How to create a new leads performance table

  1. From a campaign, go to the "Leads performance" tab.

  2. Then click on "Create new leads performance table."

  3. Complete the "Information and networks" data:

  4. Select a name and network from which Bunker DB will import the data and dimensions. You can also enable the option to show the table in the report.

  5. Click on "Next" to access the data settings.

  6. On the left side, select the period and the contents.

  • If the records come from Facebook Lead Ads, the UTM value is unnecessary.

  1. To finish, click on "Save and finish."

Once the table has been added, you will see the information in the "Statistics" tab as follows:

  • you will see a header with a preset designed by Bunker DB analytics. by default

  • You can edit this custom header by clicking on the edit menu ( ⠇).

Below the summary, you can find the graphics to make reading and analysis easier:

  • Evolution of records in a chart to view the data in three time periods. On the right side, you will have a zoom slider below the graph to vary the range of dates to be displayed.

  • The sales conversion funnel views the conversion progress and updates the sales total on the left side.

Adding up to the initial summary, you can customize a table with a metrics summary that lists the most important ones by network and to be able to compare performance in a single view:

  • You can edit any of the metrics you want to view by clicking on "Summary."

  • Below the previous list, you can see a bar graph representing the values. You can also download the table by clicking on the "Summary."

  • You can turn on and off any of the networks by clicking on each.

  • You can also choose the metric for displaying the graph by clicking on the metric selection menu in the graph's left corner.

  • The graph can be printed or downloaded in JPG or PDF format by clicking on the edit menu ( ⠇)

You can see a custom header for each network as shown in social media and view the data with the same three-level structure for campaigns, ad groups, and ads in the same way you can see in paid media.
