Audit all your brand modules quickly and easily using Bunker DB's «Reporting» feature. When you create your report, you will have access to a complete list of information, such as connected networks with their corresponding account name and the user who made the connection; your consumer databases with a statistical breakdown; a list of all the accesses granted to your platform, including name, email, role of each user and the assigned brands.

Go to the «Reporting» tab in the «Administration» module and choose the type of report you are going to create.

User audit 👥

Check the number of accesses, time spent online, average number of pages viewed, files uploaded and milestones created, as well as the number of notes and campaigns created or KPIs defined by the users with access to your brand. You can download the entire log or filter by name in the user search bar.

Brand audit®️

Break down all the brands on your platform to know which country they belong to, the number of campaigns they have created, how many of them have defined KPI and tags, if they have notes, images or associated files, registered consumers, or if they have categorized comments. You can download the entire log or filter by brand in the search bar.

Global summary reports🌐

Global reports allow you to extract general information —as a CSV— about brands on Bunker DB. Each report is independent, which can take more or less time depending on how much data has to be processed.

💡 Clicking on the question marks in each box will give you additional information about each item in the summary.

🧠 Remember that only superusers have access to this module 🦸🏽.
