Sometimes your brand connections may disconnect for various reasons, but don't worry, we're here to help!
When this happens, you can refresh the connection of your networks from the notifications menu or from the brand editing menu. Enjoy all the features of Bunker DB without interruption!
Follow these steps:
Go to the Analytics module and click on the ⠇menu located on the right of the screen and select the “Edit Brand” option.
Access the «Networks» tab to check which of your connections have been interrupted. If it´s disconnected will show a warning symbol❗ confirming that the data download has been interrupted.
🚨 Be careful not to click the «Disconnect» button as this procedure deletes the connection to Bunker DB analytics and erases all data from the platform. This action is irreversible.
Click «Refresh» to re-establish the connection. You will be automatically directed to the network authorization website, where you must log in with your username and password.
🧠 Remember that this procedure can only be done by an user with administrator credentials on the network.
After the authorization process is done, you will be taken back to Bunker DB Analytics. If the refresh was successful you will receive this notification and the data download will resume immediately.
💡Remember that you can also refresh your connections from your Analytics module by clicking on the notification bell
We understand how important it is for you to have quick access to your data. If the network has been down for a while and there is a lot of data to download, the process may take a little longer than normal.
