Sometimes the connections of your brands can fail for different reasons, but don't worry, we are here to help you! If this happens, you can reestablish the connection of your networks from the brand edition menu of your Analytics module. So you can continue to enjoy all the functions of Bunker DB without interruptions!

Follow these steps:

  1. From your Analytics panel, click on the menu ⠇

  2. Click on the Edit Brand option.

In the "Networks tab" you will see an alert confirming that the data download has been interrupted.

  3. Click on «Refresh».

🚨 Be careful to not select the «Disconnect» option. This removes your Bunker DB connection and all data will be deleted from the platform. This procedure cannot be reversed.

We will automatically take you to the network authorization website, where you must access with your username and password. For example, Google's authorization steps look like this:

After finishing the network authorization process, we'll take you back to Bunker DB.

  4. Look for a notification on the upper margin of your screen that confirms the process was successful.

Once the procedure is complete, the data download will resume.

💡Remember that you can also refresh your connections from your Analytics module by clicking on the notification bell

We understand how important it is for you to have quick access to your data. If the network has been down for a while and there is a lot of data to download, the process may take a little longer than normal.

However, if it's been more than 24 hours and you still don't see any data, feel free to contact us via platform chat or by sending an email to [email protected]. We are here to help you and make sure you have all the information you need on time!
