Sometimes the connections of your brands —Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.— can be interrupted for different reasons, but the solution is very simple 🙌🏽 you just have to refresh it to continue getting all the data and analytics. Follow these steps:

  1. Click in "Connections".

  2. Go to the "Disconnected networks" sections.

  3. Click on the "Rrefresh" button of the network in which you want to re-establish the connection.

  4. Follow the steps to authenticate your connection.

You must have the username and password of the network to refresh and make sure that the user is an administrator of the account.

As an example, we show images of how two of the steps are displayed in an authorization process for Google networks:

After finishing the network authorization process, you will be redirected back to Bunker DB Analytics. You will see a notification in the upper sector of the screen indicating that the process was carried out correctly.

Once the procedure is complete, the data download will resume.

💡Remember that you can also refresh your connections from your Analytics module by clicking on the notification bell.

The download time depends on how long the network was disconnected and the volume of data generated in that period. If the data has not been downloaded in less than 24 hours, contact [email protected] or through the platform's chat.
