Competitive Analysis Report — Listening

Use the competitive analysis reports to know the share of voice, establish benchmarks and better understand your competition.

The competitive analysis report has all the important data for you to understand how the share of voice is distributed, establish benchmarks, and better understand your competition and how your brand is positioned.

  1. Select "Reports" from the top menu.

  2. Click "Advanced Report."

  3. Select the feed and date range you want to report from.


  4. Click "Apply".

The competition analysis report has the following modules:

Total mentions per query: Compare the total number of mentions for the selected queries.

Share of voice: Share of voice is similar to a reach measure and as such shows the percentage of exposure for selected queries.

Total mentions per channel: Number of times each query was mentioned in a particular channel. Thus, you can compare the mentions of the queries in all channels.

Total Impressions: Total number of impressions for each query in the selected time period.

Impression share: This chart shows the impression share for the selected queries.

Total Impressions by source: Compares the distribution of impressions across sources for selected queries.

Mentions over time for multiple queries: How your mentions performed during the selected period of time for each specific query.

Top influencers: This graph shows the top 10 influencers for each selected query.

Number of mentions per sentiment: How the positive, neutral and negative sentiment is distributed for each selected query.

Mentions per channel: This chart shows the distribution of mentions for each selected query across different channels.
