Here is a list of terms and concepts that you will see on the Bunker DB Listening tool. We hope you find it useful to clarify doubts that may arise when interacting with the platform.

E-mail digest: Summary of your mentions delivered directly to your email at a time of your choosing.

Engagement Rate: The percentage of individuals who interacted with a post after viewing it, including likes, comments, and shares.

Export: Possibility of downloading PDF or Excel.

Feed: It gathers all the mentions about your query and displays them for you to read and use.

Folder: A series of queries are sorted together.

Impressions: An approximate count of how many times content featuring specific keyword(s) was seen.

Influence: A ranking on a scale of 1 to 10 that indicates how influential a particular source is compared to others. A score of 1 signifies the least influence, while 10 is reserved for globally influential platforms with extensive follower bases.

Interaction: It refers to the number of likes, shares, retweets, or comments on social networks.

Keyword cloud (wordcloud): Shows the most commonly used words in the context of the selected query.

Keyword: A specific word or phrase monitored by Bunker DB Listening. Within a user-specified query, each mention gathered by the tool will incorporate one or more keywords, according to your preference and definition..

Mention: A singular social media post or a website article containing the tracked keyword(s), enriched with metadata like reach, engagement rate, interactions, influence score, and virality.

Operators: They are simple words that combine or exclude keywords in a search that serve to refine the query results.

Organization: When you sign up to use the Bunker DB Listening tool, you create an organization. You will have your folders and queries, and you can invite your colleagues to share information with them. You can have more than one organization on your account. For example, if you are an advertising agency, you may have an organization for your clients. They will see only your organization, but you can manage all of them.

Query: It is a topic that you are following with Bunker DB Listening. A query can contain one or more keywords.

Reach: An estimated number of individuals who viewed a single mention. Factors taken into account include the article's placement (whether on the homepage or in a less-visited section), the frequency of keyword mentions, and their placement within the article. Additionally, social media shares play a role in influencing the overall reach.

Report: Bunker DB listening graphical analytics module.

Scope: Estimated number of people who could have seen the mention.

Sentiment: The overall tone of mentions related to the tracked keywords, reflecting a positive, negative, or neutral context.

Share of Voice: Depicts how mentions are distributed among two or more queries, determined by either the number of mentions collected or their reach. This information is typically visualized using pie or donut charts in the report.

Source: Refers to the type of medium, such as Facebook network, website, Twitter, etc.

Tag: A label applied to a mention for enhanced classification and analysis in custom reports and charts, and within the feed.

Top Influencers: The top 10 sources or profiles ranked by the number of mentions, source, reach, and sentiment.

Top Locations and Languages: The most frequently occurring locations and languages in which mentions were published.

Virality: Virality is a metric that tells you how successful an article is compared to all other articles on that same website.
