Twitter: We obtain the data for your querys by monitoring tweets, quotes, retweets and replies to other tweets. When you create or edit a query we extract data from the last 30 to 90 days.
Facebook: We obtain the data for your searches by monitoring results and posts from public Facebook profiles. When you create or edit a query we extract data from the last 90 days.
🚨Due to Meta's privacy policies it is not possible to monitor public or private Facebook groups or profiles.
Instagram: We collect your data from business and public Instagram accounts, as well as posts containing hashtags.
When you create or edit a query, data from the last 24 hours is fetched. However, if you perform your search based on an Instagram profile as a source, access to historical data will be extended up to 30 days.

To include hashtags in your search you need to add them in the integrations section of your account and in your keywords. From the integration you will be allowed to add up to 30 hashtags in your profile.
Youtube: Your search data is brought in through the Youtube API. When you create or edit a query, data from the last 90 days is extracted.
Websites: Historical data retrieval is 90 days after creating or editing a query. Some websites are not traceable due to restrictions related to:

Tik-Tok: The information is collected from the specific profiles you have selected when your query was created.
🚨 At the moment it is not possible to monitor by keywords due to network security policies.
Reddit: New subreddits are tracked when they are added to the search. The history of existing subreddits is limited to 90 days.
TripAdvisor: TripAdvisor profiles in the query are tracked. Adding a profile to the search extracts data from the last 90 days.
