How can I ask “Ada” a question?
Easy! Access any Bunker DB module and find the search bar located to the right of your brand's logo.
When you click on the bar, you'll see a menu of predefined questions that might interest you. If these inquiries aren't related to what you want to know, ask your own questions. The questions you've asked will be stored in a history.
👆🏻 Keep in mind that the virtual assistant will only respond to marketing related topics. Therefore, if you ask a question about cooking, you won't get a response. 🍔 😕
All the answers provided by the virtual assistant can be copied to the clipboard or added as general notes within Bunker DB Analytics.
What can you expect from Ada in the future 🔮?
In the next update, you'll be able to use Ada's question and answer system to address your marketing queries based on your brand's data. However, to do so, we'll need your consent. Currently, our virtual assistant responds without using specific information from your brand.
🚨 Important: Just like “Text to chart”, Ada operates on a bonus credit system that will decrease as you create new queries. The availability of these credits will be one million per month at no extra cost. If you exceed this limit, please contact your account executive to purchase extra credits.
If you access the ”My Plan” section within the "Administration" menu, you can check the amount of credits used and remaining for the current month.
