The last tab of the module shows the TOP 10 lists of users with the highest number of comments, followed by frequent users with positive and negative comments.
In this way, you can determine who your brand fans are and have more participation with your content. On the other hand, knowing who generates the most negative comments can reverse these users' perceptions more agile and personalized.
By clicking on each user, you will see and sort all the comments they have generated and change their sentiment value if necessary.
Additionally, we can download all comments in CSV format in the "Frequent users" and "View comments" sections.
