When you start observing the comments your audience makes to your online content, you can detect trends, favorite topics, new topics, or changes in user sentiment. However, analyzing large volumes of comments can be an unachievable task.

No need to worry! Bunker DB Analytics can help you study comments in detail, without reading them one by one. Let's see how:

Create a group by tag

In the Sentiment module, there is the “Groups by tags” section. Here you can identify all the comments related to a topic, on which networks they are most popular, and what feeling they generate in your audience.

Follow these steps to set it up:

  1. In Analytics, go to “Sentiment.”

  2. Click on “Create group by tags”.

  3. Identify the group with a name and establish what tags should be considered to include comments in the group.

🏷️All the tags you indicate must be assigned to a comment for it to be included in the group.

  4. Click "Save" to finish.

Analyze your comments by tags

Once you have created your first group by tags, the data will be loaded into the section. You can customize the data displayed in the header to easily find the information most relevant to you.

What can you see in the "Groups by tags" section?
