Bunker DB automatically assigns the sentiment of the public comments that your brand's posts receive. However, not all comments can be automatically sorted, so you may have to do it manually. To improve the classification and classify those comments to which Bunker DB has not been able to assign a Sentiment value, follow these steps:
Go to the "Sentiment" section.
Click on "Coments".
Click on the network you are going to analyze.
We recommend applying the publication filter as the initial to determine the comments contained in each post.
Once you have located the comment you wish to modify, click on it to select it.
You can set its sentiment value using on the icons on the right up corner "postive, negative or neutral"
