To help you tag the comments you receive on your posts, in the Sentiment module, Bunker Analytics incorporates a default list of the most common Sentiment topics. Default tags cannot be edited or deleted, but you can expand the list by adding your custom tags.

If you add a topic manually similar to any of the pre-set list, when you tag comments, the system will suggest all the options: the pre-set and the manually added.

Make sure to check whether the topic you need is already included in the list before creating a new one!
