To help you tag the comments you receive in the social media, the Bunker DB's Sentiment module incorporates a pre-set list of the most common sentiment topics.

If you add a topic manually similar to any of the pre-set list, when you tag comments, the system will suggest all the options: the pre-set and the manually added.

Make sure to check whether the topic you need is already included in the list before creating a new one!
