Statistics

In the module's statistics tab, you can see your audience's summary that shows the number of consumers hosted in the brand's database or a campaign.

The data will be broken down into different categories as follows:

  • As the number of records increases, you will see the values broken down in this section.

Growth

First, you will see a growth chart that shows the evolution that your consumers have had from their first registration to the database.

  • You will see the evolution of records in daily, weekly, monthly or annual resolution. You also have a slider below the chart to see the data in detail.

  • Charts can be printed or downloaded in JPG or PDF format by clicking the chart's edit menu ( ⠇).

On the right, you will see the evolution by type of record in pie charts.

  • You can disable each of the segmentation by clicking on any of the references below the chart.

  • Charts can be printed or downloaded in JPG or PDF format by clicking the chart's edit menu ( ⠇).

Age and gender

Below is a graph showing the evolution of consumers by age and gender.

  • By hovering over the information icon, you will be able to view the number of consumers for whom the date of birth data is not available, as well as the consumers who entered an invalid date of birth.

  • You can disable each segmentation by clicking on any of the references below the chart.

  • Charts can be printed or downloaded in JPG or PDF format by clicking the chart's edit menu ( ⠇).
