Statistics

In the module's statistics tab, you can see your audience's summary that shows the number of consumers hosted in the brand's database or a campaign.

The data will be broken down into different categories as follows:

  • As the number of records increases, you will see the values broken down in this section.

Growth

First, you will see a growth chart that shows the evolution that your consumers have had from their first registration to the database.

  • You will see the evolution of records in daily, weekly, monthly or annual resolution. You also have a slider below the chart to see the data in detail.

  • Charts can be printed or downloaded in JPG or PDF format by clicking the chart's edit menu ( ⠇).

On the right, you will see the evolution by type of record in pie charts.

  • You can disable each of the segmentation by clicking on any of the references below the chart.

Age and gender

Below is a graph showing the evolution of consumers by age and gender.

  • By hovering over the information icon, you will be able to view the number of consumers for whom the date of birth data is not available, as well as the consumers who entered an invalid date of birth.

  • You can disable each segmentation by clicking on any of the references below the chart.

  • Charts can be printed or downloaded in JPG or PDF format by clicking the chart's edit menu ( ⠇).

Top 5

In this statistics sector, you will be able to view lists with the five best results from your consumers based on three areas of analysis: campaigns, preferences, and locations.

Campaigns

From the top 5 campaigns, you will view the five campaigns within the brand for which total consumers and new consumers have been stored.

  • Total consumers: all consumers belonging to the campaign indicated in the row.

  • New consumers: consumers whose first record was saved in the campaign indicated in the row.

  • If you want to see the total distribution of consumers by the campaign, you must click on "See all." A window will be displayed with the total list of campaigns for the selected brand.

Tags

For the top 5 tags, you can view the five preferences within the brand repeated the most times within your audience.

  • If you want to see the total distribution of preferences within the brand or campaign, you must click on "View all." A window will be displayed with the total list of preferences for the selected brand or campaign.

  • From the total list of preferences, you can also view the number of consumers not associated with any preference.

Locations

You can segment this list into three levels to view countries, states, or cities by clicking the drop-down menu and selecting one option.

The country's flag will only be visible if there is information for the state.
  • If you want to see the total distribution of consumer locations within the brand or campaign, you must click on "See all." A window will be displayed with the total list of locations for the selected brand or campaign.

  • Within the total list of locations, you can also view the number of consumers not associated with any location.

Contacts

Here you can find the distribution of consumers according to the contact information they have entered into the records.



Brands intersection

In this list, you can find the brands that contain consumers in common concerning the brand you have selected.

  • If you want to see the total distribution of brand intersections with the number of consumers in common, you must click on "See all." A window will be displayed with the total list of intersections concerning the selected mark.

  • From the total list of intersections, you can also view the number of consumers not associated with any location.
