Follow these steps to confirm that the Instagram account is connected to the brand's fan page.
Go to Meta business suite.
Click "All Tools."
Select Page Settings.
Go to "Linked Accounts."
It should look like this:
In order for you to connect to the Instagram account, it must be connected to the fanpage.
