Roles give you the ability to control how your Bunker DB Listening account is shared with your collaborators. For example, the person in charge of sentiment analysis may have the role of "Analyze." In contrast, another person who does not manage communications may have the role "View" to see everything, but without the possibility of changing their queries or inviting new people.

📖 Admin

Administrators (just like the creator users of an organization) have control over all sections of the organization, they can invite other collaborators in their company account, change their plan, the pricing options for their account, and change the settings of an account. Administrators can also add new inquiries, receive alerts, create reports, and use other functionality accordingly.

🔎 Analyst

An analyst is a user who can view queries that are placed in the organization folders of which they are members, analyze feeds (i.e., select sentiments, add tags, etc.), can view reports, and receive alerts according to their plan.

✏️ Editor

The editor is a user who can view and add queries placed in the organization folders of which they are members, view reports, and receive alerts, according to plan.

👓 Viewer

The viewer is a user who can view keywords that are put into organization folders of which they are members. According to their plan, viewers cannot add new queries but can view reports and receive alerts.
