Create tags to classify the mentions you've received by topic and get a deeper sentiment analysis.

Create tags for your mentions according to the topics that you consider most important. For example, you can generate a query of your company and create tags to identify different areas mentioned: director, CEO, customer service, events.

Create tags for your mentions

  1. In the menu on the right, look for the "Tags" option.

  2. Click on "Manage tags".

  3. Click on "Create new category".

  4. Enter your tag.

  5. Press "Enter" to confirm.

Add, edit or remove the available tags for your brand to cover all related topics.
